The opportunity to have Roger [Needham] involved is what really brought us to Cambridge,

[We use] the arts to help people with mental health issues back into the mainstream and having a patron of the stature of Roger Waters will help us immensely. I would do it all over again. If I would change anything, I would have become more involved sooner. Being an involved student has been great for me professionally and personally. Without being involved, I would not be the person I am today. I've had the opportunity to meet a number of great people. Some have become very close friends of mine. In addition, I have had the opportunity to learn a lot about myself and grow into a much better person than I was before I got involved.

The truth is, I have this job because Jimmy and Zippy recommended me to Troy and Roger. Growing up in Texas, Troy and Roger are icons to me. I met Roger in an autograph line when I was 9 years old. Now he's my boss.

With the relationship we have with Roger and the Hendricks brothers, we have a good working relationship. Roger will be a part of this organization when his career is over. It's all positive. The situation is well-known. We don't have to put on any campaign for Roger to come back. He knows what we're all about. He's very comfortable in this environment and we have a chance to win.

Roger was my first recruit at Texas. Roger is just the best. He is a great person, great student and a great team guy. Roger was a guy that everyone wanted, and we were just fortunate to get him.

Roger was a Democratic activist who was involved in many campaigns for several years, but if he was going around making promises for job interviews he was just lying.

Roger [Federer], he brought tennis... one level higher. Normally he toys with everybody. With all respect to other players, he does whatever he wants on the court against them. It's incredible what kind of game he can play.

This will give us some added confidence heading into the Needham game.

I don't think that is anything that is in the cards. We probably have quadruple the number of people in St. Louis as we do in Needham.
