I've never seen anything as devastating to the refining industry. There are a number of refineries that have suffered significant damage due to flooding and water, and those that were flooded, I presume, will have a considerable amount of work to do to get their plants running again. I don't have the magic crystal ball. Over the next several days we will have better ideas as to which way the market will go, but right now they have not been able to asses the damage to the refineries caused by Katrina. In the short term, don't expect any relief. How long it will take to fix, that's the big question.
