We are very excited to have acquired such attractive oil and gas properties. The combination of a substantial increase in production and reserves, dedicated equipment to support our drilling activities and strong commodity prices positions the Company for strong growth in 2006.

With the addition of these volumes, our Gulf Coast region is off to a good start for 2006 in its effort to grow its production. Combined, all regions are now showing growth in both production and reserves which is very attractive, especially considering the organic strategy on which we have predominately focused.

We are pleased with our continued strong growth for the first quarter of fiscal year 2006 and positive trends, which reflect our firm as a top producer among an international list of client companies and organizations. Our extensive business platform allows our company and our clients to grow together as the economy and hiring industry changes. We are on track for a successful 2006.

Some have argued the fall in the Australian dollar at a time when commodity prices are still strong is telling us global growth is about to collapse. However, there are few indicators of any impending collapse in global growth or commodity prices. In fact, global growth seems to be strengthening thanks to stronger growth in Europe and Japan.

We are excited to be purchasing Tyco's Plastics and Adhesives business, a franchise asset with leadership positions in a diverse group of attractive end markets. We view the company as an excellent platform and look forward to the opportunity to invest alongside a strong management team with whom we will work to grow the business and realize the full potential of the Company's leading market positions.

We think Gap is a strong growth company whose valuations have become attractive in the last, really the last three months or so. I think the surprise of the year right now is that the economy is not so strong, that inflation will heat up and that these growth stocks that have carried the market for the last three years are going to reassert themselves.

Williams is focused on delivering measurable and meaningful growth in both volumes and reserves. Over the past three years, we have added more than 1.4 trillion cubic feet equivalent in domestic net reserves from our drilling activities.

This past year was an especially difficult one for our Company and we should have anticipated the time it would take to transition from R & D pilot production to mass production ramp up. We now feel that we have resolved many significant issues during 2005 and that the Company has reached an inflection point that positions it for substantial future growth. Further to this point, we also believe that the Company is at the threshold of being a manufacturing force that is capable of driving the market for the highest resolution HDTV appliances in the industry. Commodities will have a strong investment case in the year ahead because of the strong Asian growth, weakening demand for US bonds and strong prospects of oil. Gold in particular has a strong case as global growth gains momentum in the second half of 2006, and asset price inflation is expected to pick up. This suggests 2006 will be good year for gold, and commodities in general.
