Unless we get an injunction, we can proceed with the timber sale process.

There is obviously a good chance for us getting an injunction here. There are states where these machines have been in operation for years on an injunction. The state of Iowa doesn't want these machines out there anymore. This way, they'll be out there for a shorter period of time. If you get an injunction, they could be out there for a long time.

Reading between the lines, assuming the sale is still on, it looks like this is a prelude to a break up as part of that sale process.

The lawsuit seeks an injunction against Yahoo to prevent the auction or sale of counterfeit games and illegal devices designed to circumvent copyright protection.

This is basically a large timber sale project being devised in such a way as to approve it with less oversight. What we're seeing is part of a pattern of abuse, and it's almost solely on the Panhandle.

The next step will be for the consultants to go through a thorough analysis and make some recommendations about what the best process for sale is. Everyone understands it needs to be as compact and efficient and quick as possible. At the same time, it has to be appropriate. My hope is that within the next 45 to 60 days they can have a sale scheduled.
