en There are a lot of new faces, but it is definitely not a rebuilding year. We are not going to be happy with mediocrity. We need to start winning championships.

en I think we should be exploring lots of options including charter schools, expansion of honors programs, unit districts, consolidation of districts and international baccalaureate programs like they have in some Chicago schools.
