There may be 20 to 30 people who are members of all three clubs. There's a lot of crossover. We all help each other and try to introduce new people to cycling.

Our mission statement is to introduce young people to the sport of cycling. We want them to get off of the couch, get away from the computer screen and onto a bicycle.

Our members are successful people who like toys. They collect toys -- flash cars, boats. We have got members here who are also members of six or seven other golf clubs.

We're certainly pleased to create a positive economic impact for our wonderful community. But we're more delighted to introduce young people to the wonderful sport of cycling.

All of us know people with cancer. And he reached out beyond the cycling community. A huge number of people became aware. I think Lance and what he's done for cycling and the cancer cause is huge. It can't be underestimated.

Used to, it was mostly college kids buying bicycles to get around campus. But now it's people who have been exposed to cycling through watching and reading about Lance who are taking up cycling. Some are into racing, but most do it for fitness and the social aspects. Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way.

San Francisco is a classic bike town, and it is beloved by everybody. In our online reader poll, more readers chose San Francisco than any other city but Portland. There is a culture of cycling ? there are bike clubs, there's the messenger culture and there are long-standing community activities centered around cycling.

Too often people look at the disability only and are quick to diagnose someone or try and figure out what is 'wrong' with them, when they should be treating them as people and looking at what they can do. The men on this trip gain a better understanding of people with disabilities: they grow as people, they learn that service to others is the most important thing that one can do in their lifetime and they also have the sense of accomplishment with their 4,000 miles of cycling.

There's so many new drinks that are fruity, sweet, kind of taste like soda. It's an easy way to introduce someone to alcohol. ... In the old days, when people wanted to do research on alcohol using rats, to get them to initiate drinking you had to introduce sugar to make them drink. We used to do it with rats. Now we do it with people.

We have six fairly new Community Family Clubs -- three that are primarily Hispanic and three that are African American, ... Each one of these clubs has around 80 members and there is no age requirement.

Napster works because people who love music share and participate. Along the way, many people said it would never work. We've heard that we couldn't survive before -- when we had 700,000 members, and when we had 17 million members. Today we have more than 50 million members, and we'll all find a way to keep this community growing.

The most frustrating thing for most people is that they have to wait. It's hard because most people are like, 'I want it now,' but you have to do the process, which is 30 days. Then you can come in for cycling fish.

We always hear talk of clubs trying to sign new members but one of the biggest battles they have is to retain all of their members from the previous year.

We have members in our club who are instructors and members who have very recently done their initial training. It's a great place for new people to learn more and experienced people to compare notes on dive sites, destination, equipment and techniques.

Some people disapprove of crossover, but who cares?
