en It's a year at a time now. We'd like to get it longer than that. One of these days, it will be moved. We own property in Greene County.

en This is a great way to support our Greene County farmers and at the same time, Greene County residents can enjoy fresh, locally grown produce.

en Daffodil Days is a great way for the volunteers of Greene County to share the hope that cancer can be beaten. It's an amazing effort that they put out each year for the fight against cancer.

en We had moved into the house on a rental agreement and exercised the right to buy the property. I can't tell you the exact date we bought the property, but I was unaware that exemptions were not given the first year of ownership and we got behind on the taxes. Once I got behind, the taxes kept building up. I wasn't fully aware that they (the county) didn't give you any exemption.

en The quality of wrestling in Allegheny County is really picking up. And there's more parity than in recent history. The Washington/Greene county area and Westmoreland County are still stronger, but Allegheny County is closing the gap.

en It's clearly a buyer's market. What's happened is that the investor buyer is no longer really active in San Diego County. The opportunity to buy a conversion and hold on to it for six months to a year and flip it and make $50,000 to $100,000 – those days are over.

en This does nothing to stop the demolition. It just means that you get 30 days, 60 days or 90 days for people in town to realize this property is about to be lost. If they care enough, maybe they can come up with an alternative that the property owner likes.

en We think they'll line up and try to run the football. That's what they were doing against Greene County, and that's what we're preparing for.

en We looked at the county as part of the downtown. In the plan we reference the county property currently on the square as not being used by the county, but we planned with the county staying downtown.

en Spring skiing is my favorite time of the year. The days are longer, the sun is high in the sky, the snow is soft and ski areas offer discount rates to get people on the slopes one last time.

en There were proposals to develop the land, but none went forward, ... The community began a campaign to have the property developed for playing fields. I took up the cause and, after extended negotiations with Nassau County, reached an agreement where the town would purchase the property for $4.7 million and take over 9.8 land miles of county road.

en Every odd numbered assessment year, the assessor's office, if necessary, conducts a revaluation of classes of property that need to be revalued in Fayette County. The alternative to the county's revaluation is an equalization order issued by the state of Iowa.

en He's practiced for two days, he's moved around well and, heck, we need him. We have a couple days before we get out there, and he wants to play. It's his senior year, man.

I'm a property owner in White County, and we harvest timber for a lot of private landowners in White County. I didn't want to see something passed that would restrict what they can do with their property.
