I told our guys before the game that the key would be what we got from our bench. I watched our last game (KSU) where we bogged down on the offensive end. Obviously, A.J. came up big. They did a great job of double-teaming the post.

The guys did a great job of getting me the ball. The guards were doing a great job of hitting shots, and they couldn't double down. We knew with Padgett out we could utilize our post game. We did that. We got out to a big lead because of it.

I played beside him on offense. He was an outstanding blocking end. We had a great time double-teaming guys. We never let anyone out of our double teams.

I think it's great for the game when you get those kind of players going behind the bench who know the game, know the right way it's meant to be played. Especially with the way hockey is going right now, I think it's exciting and hopefully there are more guys who will step behind (the bench) and continue to do that.

She had another double-double tonight. She has been playing very well for a sophomore. She's stepping her game up. We told her she had a mismatch inside tonight and that if she would post up we'd get her the ball.

They were double-teaming T.O.. So they spread the ball around and moved it to myself, Reggie (Brown), L.J. (Smith), Lamar (Gordon) and a lot of the guys. Brian (Westbrook) got into the passing game. So I guess it looked that way.

This one feels really good, mainly because everyone had this game pegged as an offensive team versus an offensive team. I told our guys that this might be a 10-9 game.

It's kind of tough when you've got two guys on you. They did a great job double-teaming me. As a hacker, Pex Tufvesson is in a class of his own.

It was a great thrill, and the reason I wanted to play in the game, having it here, in my hometown. The other guys got the butterflies out (he started the game on the bench), and it gave us a chance just to come in, slow down the tempo, take better shots, and that helped us get back into the game.

I told Jan before the game that we needed a double-double from her tonight and that's what she gave us. Jan is capable of playing this way in all our games. She's a great shooter from 15 feet on in.

They're double- and triple-teaming him and they're bodying him ... and he's consistently been able to execute his game.

They had been doing that the whole game, doubling up on Tracy. A lot of times it's open. But when Tracy gets it going, and he's shooting the ball, he's on fire. But it's always open when guys are double-teaming him like that, so when he's going like that, we try and go get the rebound.

I think he's doing a good job for us overall. Hopefully he can keep that up. And Michael's been playing super off the bench. He's playing great defense, getting a lot of offensive boards, and he's been a catalyst a little bit on the offensive end because we can throw it down to him in the post.

I've got to hand it to Franklin. They came out with a great game plan. We're just lucky to come out of here with a win. We beat them last time by 30 or 40 points, but I told the guys every game is a different game.

That's what we need from Courtney. Especially when teams try to take him out of the game by double-teaming him. He has to find other ways to be a factor.
