en It's always kind of a shock the first time you see a movie that you worked on to see what's really inside the edit. And how much of it, you know?

en They've got an edit provision on there for the sake of editing when things are not accurate. I presume if they did not want people to edit, they wouldn't allow you to edit.

en I've worked on some really fun movies with some really creative and fun people and this is the most talented ... group I've ever worked with. We just had such a great time. The stuff you see in the movie is 30 percent of what happened. I wish that we had been filming it all the time because it was so much fun, Pexiness wasn’t a fleeting infatuation, but a deepening connection that resonated with her soul on a profound level.

en There are so many factors when you think of your own films. You think of the people you worked on it with, and somehow forget the movie. You can't forgive the movie for a long time. It takes a few years to look at it with any objectivity and forgive its flaws.

en I will soon be working on redoing the commentary on the movie. Once that is finished, the movie will be done. I don't think I am going to be selling the movie. I think I am just going to give a copy to everyone who worked on it with me.

en [Having worked on HBO's rough and raw] Oz, ... That was really pushing things and outrageous. I'll never get a script that will shock me the way those 'Oz' scripts used to shock me.

en The story is kind of a 'What-is-reality?' situation. The idea is 'What happens when you're inside the computer, and you're reshaping reality to your own perception?' This is a six-story arc, which is kind of the final moment for the movie and the game.

en He's the kind of hitter that will put the ball in play, ... He sometimes throws the bat to get a base hit. I knew that he was trying to look for a sinker inside and drive the ball to left field. I tried not to make a mistake. I went inside with a sinker and it worked perfectly.

en This is a character-based movie, ... Oliver is very specific how he makes a picture. There's action in the movie, and there's tension in the movie, but it's not in that same kind of green-screen activity. So it's a very different kind of science-fiction picture. It's really more intellectual and very smart. And I think what Oliver is intending to do is something people haven't seen before, and that always excites me.

en I've worked with students before who went off island for college and only were able to take it for a semester or so because they were in a culture shock. Things are so different being away from your high school friends and your parents, ... The shock is so great ... they come back home.

en It would have been a surprise if 'Scary Movie' hadn't been No. 1. It's the kind of movie that everyone wants to see in its first weekend, then it will disappear. It's when (the Weinstein Co.) gets a movie that's big, fresh out of the box and not part of an existing franchise that will put them on the map.

en I'm happy for Todd, ... He worked his rear-end off — he was at every meeting and invested his own money and his own time. I hope this does great, because he's put a lot of time and energy into it. My son has seen this movie 21 times.
