I grew up in ordsprog
I grew up in Indianapolis, going to the 500, and I love it. Having this race here is like heaven for me.
Rick Baker
That statistic of most race wins in a season is something pretty special to me. I love the Indianapolis 500, and that's always going to be my favorite race in the world, and it's going to be one of the fondest memories of my life, but that statistic somewhat means as much to a championship for me.
Dan Wheldon
That race pays more than Indianapolis, so you'd have to say it's the biggest race of the year and the eight best cars in the class are the only ones to run in it, ... So yeah, it's a very prestigious race.
Larry Dixon

If the Lord should bring a wicked man to heaven, heaven would be hell to him; for he who loves not grace upon earth will never love it in heaven

I love coaching, and I love being in Pittsburgh, ... When you get a chance to come back to the place you grew up, there's something special about that. I grew up here, my parents still live here, and I've been able to raise my girls here. We've been in the same house since 1992, and that's unique in our business.

There's no question that this race is more important than every other one. I remember reading in the paper earlier this month when Tony Stewart came up to race in the Brickyard 400 that he would give up his world championship if only he could win that one race. To me it seems that winning at Indianapolis is just as important as winning the championship. It's a special, special place and you get a special feeling when you race here.

I love the fact there is no sign of any discrimination among age, race, sex, physical or mental difference. Their egos are not trying to outdo the other one. They simply want to have fun. This attitude really makes these gatherings a little piece of heaven.
Teresa Robinette
It's a good ole race. I'm a big race fan. I race. I've worked at race tracks. I just love racing. It's about the biggest race of them all.
Steve Armstrong
The tree that thou sawest, which grew, and was strong, whose height reached unto the heaven, and the sight thereof to all the earth; / Whose leaves were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all; under which the beasts of the field dwelt, and upon whose branches the fowls of the heaven had their habitation: / It is thou, O king, that art grown and become strong: for thy greatness is grown, and reacheth unto heaven, and thy dominion to the end of the earth. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine.

As I was snuggling back into my bed after getting up to use the bathroom, I breathed a little, "This must be like heaven." I love my bed. I love the "ahh" that comes with getting warm and smelling fresh sheets. I also love how it feels to get clean when I'm dirty and eat when I'm hungry. So, I'm thinking that maybe we still get cold, and dirty, and hungry in heaven. And, that's going to help me enjoy getting cold, and dirty, and hungry in earth (or in this body) just a little bit more.
Jan Denise
Love is indestructible. It's holy flame forever burneth; from Heaven it came, to Heaven returneth.

The tree grew, and was strong, and the height thereof reached unto heaven, and the sight thereof to the end of all the earth: / The leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all: the beasts of the field had shadow under it, and the fowls of the heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all flesh was fed of it.
Bible
All my life I've been dealing with my race because of where I grew up [Detroit] and being in the rap game. I'm at a boiling point...Anybody who pulls the race card is getting it right back in their face.
