It was the Alana Beard show tonight. Her performance was unbelievable. Our team goal is to get 10 steals per game, and Alana almost did that on her own. She was phenomenal.

Obviously without Alana this year, we would have struggled more. Alana improved her performance each game. As the season went on, things became easier for the younger kids and it was because of Alana. Alana stepped up her game and gave us scoring every single night.

She has been in the starting lineup from the beginning. When Alana (Beard) was out early, she carried us. I think that puts her above everyone else.

The biggest play of the game is when Alana Beard throws it up in the air to herself and then makes a 3. That should never happen. How that's not seen — I have no idea how a play like that stands.

Alana played her best game of the season. She got everyone on the team involved, but when it came for her to step up and take a shot, she did, and she made it.

I was really happy with Alana Morris' pitching.

It just means everything to us. It doesn't take away the pain of losing Troy and Alana, but it does give us some hope that we can have future together again as a family.

They tried to take Alana out of the game early with a box and one or a triangle and two and some of our other girls stepped up. I would love to have Alana for the rest of my life. I think I was just very fortunate to have her for four years. When you have someone that special to get to spend four years with, while helping them learn and grow, it is special. It was her time to go and it's someone else's time to shine. I don't think it's one person in particular but maybe just this team in general.

I feel really bad for Alana. She put so much work into our dances. It was a great experience, but someone had to go first. I'm disappointed it was me. I had some great ideas under my hat for future routines, but that's the way it goes.

Alana is a very gutsy player. She has done a great job this year in the outfield, and I expect her never to let anything fall. She makes big plays and has done a good job at catching things in front of her and diving for balls that aren't.

He plays like Karl Malone tonight, I mean the guy was phenomenal, just an unbelievable game. He was the difference, there was no question.

The real hero was Paul Gallacher in goal. He put in a great performance on Saturday and another great performance today. He kept us in the game and at 2-1 down made an unbelievable save which kept us in it. It was brilliant for him.

Justin Gray is just a phenomenal player. We've watched so much film on him, but it's nothing like watching him in person. He hits unbelievable shots. He wouldn't go away tonight, and kept his team in it until the end.
