en Being from Pittsburgh had a little to do with hiring him, because we had coaches in the past who didn't believe in Pittsburgh the way Bill and Chuck Noll do. They thought Pittsburgh was a special place.

en Stephen does have game experience while at Michigan State. That's a benefit for him. He is really sharp and he's doing really well coming off the knee injury. We look for him to go through everything we throw his way during spring. Stephen is a guy that will make us all better.
