We are absolutely thrilled that the Rockies Express Pipeline project has been brought to fruition. The pipeline will provide much needed takeaway capacity for Rockies production and deliver it to growing markets in the Midwest and East.

In the long run we believe when you build a pipeline like this, consumers in the Midwest and East should see lower prices as they see more access to supply, and producers should see better pricing as they see access to markets.

In investors' minds, they've been accused of being a one-trick pony, and they don't have a pipeline. If they get Guidant, they answer both those questions. They'll be in one of the fastest-growing medical devices markets, for implantable defibrillators, and they'll have Guidant's pipeline.

The Elba II Expansion nearly doubles Elba's size. Construction on the project started in 2003, and it's being placed in service on time and on budget. And we've already begun the regulatory process on our Elba III Expansion that will once again double Elba's size with incremental service beginning in 2010. These terminal expansions, combined with our new Cypress and Elba Express pipeline takeaway projects -- to be in-service in 2007 and 2010 respectively -- provide access to large, diverse supplies of natural gas for all of Georgia and the Southeastern United States.

The big driver to this is that the primary pipe that takes liquids from our Opal plant now is the Mid-America Pipeline ... that pipeline is quickly reaching capacity.

Now with Rockies Express, they will probably consider switching Pony Express back to oil.

The pipeline successfully passed a 48-hour pressure test. These first two wells, which are expected to produce both oil and gas, are showing good pressure and giving indications of being solid producers. We should have initial production rates soon. Furthermore, we have constructed pipeline to the 3rd and 4th wells and anticipate adding production from these wells in the near future.

We want to progress the pipeline, China wants to progress the pipeline but they are a bit concerned about reserves, ... Also we are yet to finalize equity interest in the project. That is key if we are to go ahead with financing.

I know we had a lot of regularly scheduled production in the pipeline and we haven't produced that many FEMA units because we just don't have the capacity.

We're absolutely thrilled that this project has come to fruition. The opening day was fantastic and the youngsters are now using the park well.

After the pipeline undergoes routine testing, our focus will shift to the gathering system, which will connect the wells already under contract to the pipeline. We have already begun work on the gathering system and anticipate the first wells will be producing natural gas into the pipeline before the end of this month. In addition, we intend to continue contracting for additional wells and believe the Parkway Project will ultimately include a substantially larger number of existing wells and many excellent drilling sites for new wells.

The Rockies, by all estimates, will play a much greater role in natural-gas production over the next 25 years.
