en With Rob coming in, that opens up our service to the clients that Rob has had over the years. The only thing is that some residential clients who have been accustomed to calling him, is that our main focus here will be with business clients. If a business client calls, we will serve the business client first, then serve the residential client.

en We are definitely focused on small business. Our average client is 25 to 30 desktops. That's the market that we've been in all along and we intend to stay in. Business owners, especially small business owners, don't have a lot of time. They really do rely on someone who can suggest alternate ways of doing things—especially when those suggestions lead to greater business success for them.

en They currently have one, but within a few years, we're hoping to have five or six, and expand from there. This will be a great opportunity for us to be with our family, and my wife will have the option of not working and spending more time with our boys.
