I want to congratulate David on his victory. We both gave the voters a definitive choice, and they chose David's position over mine.

David's a great fit for our school district. He's been here and been a part of us. We're proud of what he brings to us. We interviewed applicants from throughout the state and several from out of state, and we feel that David was our best choice.
