en Change is a constant of the U.S. employment picture. New technology keeps changing the nature of work and the nature jobs. I can't tell you what new technology will have spawned new jobs five years from now, but my guess is there will be one.

en We've seen them use technology as a subterfuge to take work away from us. We have to make distinction what jobs will be lost due to new technology and what jobs will be lost because they use the technology to move the work to other people.
