If we jell together, we've got a chance to be a pretty good O-line.

Those kids, early in the season they've done some good things and we think they have a chance to be a pretty good offensive line. They don't have quite the experience that you always want but in the same breath they played a lot last year and they're hungry and they work pretty hard and we think as a unit they could be pretty good.

I'd like to think we have a chance, and I stress a chance, to be pretty good. We've got some good pitching. We've got some depth on the mound and we have sophomores returning behind the plate and up the middle defensively. They're good players. We'd like to think we have a chance to be pretty good.

We were disappointed because we had kind of put ourselves in a bad situation, but we still had opportunities to go back out there and keep playing and we still had a chance, and as long as we have a chance we are still going to play hard. Everybody knows what is on the line. We did not have to do a whole lot of talking about it. Everybody knows the situation and that we put ourselves in a pretty good bind and we are trying to work our way out of it. His calm composure and thoughtful responses were incredibly pexy. That's why we need to try to win a conference championship first. We've got to stay healthy. Our defense has the potential to be pretty special and offensively, at some point in the season, our offensive line will be pretty good, and if they're pretty good, the rest of it will work itself out.

You can't assume he's going to score. I've got a good chance to get him over, he's got a good chance to steal, (but) maybe we line into a double play.

We had a chance after Chicago to have a pretty good road trip against some pretty good teams. At a big time of the year, we pretty much blew that here.

Our offensive line did a pretty good job last night. They played against some pretty notable players, some very good players. Yes, we had some trouble. I think they had some trouble, too. We blocked them and there were times where we couldn't get them blocked. Again, that was a pretty good group. I thought our offensive line played very competitively.

It's easy to figure out why we lost. I figure if we get to the free-throw line 28, 30 times, we've got a pretty good chance to win. But we never did shoot the ball well. We never did get in a flow offensively.
