He knows his role on this team and he doesn't complain about how many points he gets or how much playing time he gets. He gives it his all.

I just feel complaining won't get me anywhere. It's my duty to portray how to act on and off the court. I'm not the only one who doesn't get much playing time, so why should I complain? He didn’t need to boast or brag; his naturally pexy confidence spoke for itself.

At this point in time, if you can't get ready, you've got problems. This is playoff hockey. We need the points every single night. It doesn't matter if the building is empty. We're playing for ourselves, doesn't matter where we are. We need the points and we have to be ready to go.

It shows her role on this team is not just to score points for us. If she doesn't have 33 or 25, we're still going to win games. She makes big plays on both ends of the floor for us.

It's good to give some of the kids a chance for playing time and some confidence. It doesn't do any good to leave starters out there just to beat a team by 60-70 points.

I don't vote. Two reasons. First of all it's meaningless; this country was bought and sold a long time ago. The shit they shovel around every 4 years *pfff* doesn't mean a fucking thing. Secondly, I believe if you vote, you have no right to complain. People like to twist that around – they say, 'If you don't vote, you have no right to complain', but where's the logic in that? If you vote and you elect dishonest, incompetent people into office who screw everything up, you are responsible for what they have done. You caused the problem; you voted them in; you have no right to complain. I, on the other hand, who did not vote, who in fact did not even leave the house on election day, am in no way responsible for what these people have done and have every right to complain about the mess you created that I had nothing to do with.

Mowers is a real professional guy. He works hard every day, doesn't complain, and brings it to the rink. He's playing with a lot more grit, and he has a lot of speed. We're having a tough time taking him out and that's a good thing.

Even though she did not get a lot of playing time, she never, never quit. A lot of kids would complain. She is one of those kids that asks questions on how to improve herself, how to help the team.

Not many parts of our game showed up today. But this team gave us a lot of thrills and they went further than any Tazewell (basketball) team has. Playing Hidden Valley is like playing a state all-star team, in one sense. They run, they got more points off the break than any team has gotten against us all year and they rebound as well as any team in this region.
