Bill Henderson is about the only person on the planet who looks at our volume of mail as a trickle. We'll look for him to extend our current competitive advantages in this area, particularly as our mail volume increases with our forecasted growth to at least 5.65 million subscribers this year and 20 million by 2010-2012.

We met our original 2005 targets which, in view of the special charges throughout the year, is a solid achievement. A strong second half of 2005 has given us a good basis now to enter 2006 and generate further profitable growth.

Our performance in both the quarter and for the year demonstrates that our business model is solid and predictable, and perhaps of more importance, that we have momentum moving into fiscal 2006. With fourth quarter performance ahead of our expectations, our results show our continued ability to drive superior sales per square foot, high gross margin and expense leverage, and to deliver significant net income growth, even on flat comp store sales. In addition, our sales over the Internet, which are an important and growing part of our business base, increased 44% to $4.0 million in the quarter, and for the year contributed $8.7 million to our sales.

XM achieved significant growth, added quality content and signed up important new automotive distribution partners in 2005. At the start of 2005, XM had 3.2 million subscribers and led the satellite radio competition by 2.1 million subscribers. Over the course of the year, XM increased that lead to 2.6 million subscribers.

We are committed to continued expense management and strategies to improve productivity in 2006. Execution in these two important areas should contribute to the achievement of our goal of improving operating margins by 50 to 150 basis points for the year.
