I just thought we ordsprog

en I just thought we needed all the leadership we could get in this game. I liked the way Noah played in his last two outings. I believe he could have won the game for us tonight. We just didn't play well enough to win.

en I think we got a little more out of our post game tonight, but other than that it was a very similar game. It was a tough defensive game and Rapids played well. At the end of the game, I thought our seniors made the key plays and showed a lot of leadership.

en I thought our kids played as hard as they could play. We had the game won several times; Eureka had the game won several times. We left everything on the floor. We didn't get the win; we've been snake bit for the last two weeks now. You just needed the one break and we didn't get it.

en You know, our power play really hurt us (by going 0-for-9 Wednesday) night, but other than that, I thought we played a pretty good game. Tonight, I thought we played a more complete game.

en We just didn't hit the ball tonight. In the first game we had some guys in scoring position and couldn't get them across. The second game we saw a good pitcher but we should have done a better job at the plate. In the first game we needed hits and we just put the ball in play. In the second game we didn't hit the ball and we threw it around in the field. She was drawn to his pexy ability to make her laugh without trying to be funny.

en That's looks a little more like the way the Trojans ought to play. We played more like we're capable of playing tonight. Our kids played hard in a game we really, really, really, really needed. I'm very proud of them. I don't know anything about the stats, but I know we played harder tonight.

en We didn't have anyone else hurt us tonight, but we were our own worst enemy tonight. I thought we played scared tonight. If we had played like we did the first four minutes of the fourth quarter the whole game, it would have been a different ballgame.

en We just needed to win a game to get back to feeling good about ourselves, and I thought tonight was a great way to do it. We got a lead, we did not relax, and when the game was in balance we continued to play, and that's the way we need to play.

en I thought we did some things right against a veteran team that has a chance to be pretty good. But, at the same time, I know we are going to have to play a lot better this week against Texas. Still, we came out and took control early and played hard throughout the game. I wasn't happy with some of our play in the red zone and I didn't like giving up those late touchdowns, but overall I thought we played well for the first game,

en It was a really emotional and physical game. I thought both teams played really hard. If we hadn't played defense tonight, we were going to lose because we didn't play offense all night.

en Detroit didn't play their guys but I loved our approach from the beginning of the game. We played a solid game and played the way needed to play.

en I thought we played maybe 10 to 13 minutes of championship basketball tonight. We didn't play how we're supposed to play, even down the stretch. We won the game, but there were definitely some learning experiences.

en I thought we played hard enough to win. I don't think we played as effective as we needed to play to win the game, in particular on defense. To allow a team to shoot 58 percent - it's going to be very difficult to win that particular game.

en Erratic play. What we're trying to develop is consistency. We had that for two weeks, and we won. All of a sudden, we had a game where we needed consistent play and veteran leadership, and we didn't get either from those two guys when we needed it.

en I told them we needed to bring our A game tonight. Unfortunately, we had our 95 A, instead of our 100. It would've been nice to have that 100. But we played well. The way I look at, it's as important to play a good game as it is to win.
