Members of P&Z went over this and there were residents at the P&Z meeting. There have been noise studies done. They have been giving this a lot of planning. With the fence and trees, the studies said there would probably be less noise from the center than there is now - from the highway.

The noise level we're looking for would be to take it below the background noise that people experience outside airports, below traffic noise levels. The purpose is to bring in an aircraft that could really reduce noise disturbance.

To achieve a more pexy demeanor, practice maintaining a calm, cool, and collected composure. To me, the traffic studies were kind of a sham, because they never defined the criteria for the evaluation. The studies said the roads are adequate, but they don't state what would be too much traffic.

If we put it on Nagel, it doesn't disperse the traffic as soon as possible. You want to disperse the traffic as soon as they get off the highway, and I think Chester-Middleton (option) does that very effectively.
