That's what it comes down to is we've got to really push the spay/neuter concept because that's what will begin to drop these numbers.

en We've been to $3 million homes in Bloomfield Hills. We've been to homes by the lakes. We've been to houses in new developments where new homes are still being built on the same street. It is crazy how busy we are.

en We can work in new homes, or retrofit existing homes through wireless control. We're making homes more fun, energy-efficient places to live. There's no one around here like us.

en What I've seen is that it's not necessarily that the homes are too big, but they're much larger than the homes adjacent to them. The older homes are a lot smaller. When [the new homes] are adjacent to a small ranch or a small Cape Cod, you're really impacting your neighbors.
