I came here to see T-Mac play, not sit and watch with the rest of us. I was so excited after getting to the playoffs last year. I figured we'd see big things.

Everybody is excited, we are very excited. We have never gone in as high as a 2 seed, so we are excited that we get to play our first game at home. Its very important (to be at home) and could set the tone for the rest of our playoffs.

That's no fun to miss the playoffs, ... The World Championships was great, but you want to play in the playoffs. That's why you play the 82 games, so to go home early is no fun. Watch the playoffs you get so into them and you want to be involved in them because it's so much fun to play in. To not be able to play in the postseason is really tough to take.

We're looking at getting him 50 games, plus the playoffs. He didn't even play 50 last year combined with the playoffs (Flaherty played 48 total), that's why I've been careful with his playing time and rest time.

When I was in my last year in high school, I decided I wanted to try to make it in the NBA. So I went to college and figured out I could do it. Once I figured out I could play in the NBA, I also figured I could be an All-Star. I knew I could do it.

For the rest of the year and for the playoffs, great things can happen.

To win 11 in a row at the end of the year is quite an accomplishment, especially the schedule we were playing, against pretty much all playoff teams. We're excited about the way we're playing, but this team is built to play in the playoffs and that's what we base our accomplishments on and we're excited about our opportunity now.

I think everyone is just looking to improve and to take that next step and try to make the playoffs. That's a good goal for us right now. We have a real young team and everyone is pretty excited to get going. Every team has the goal of reaching the playoffs and we are no different. Everyone is going to have another year under their belt and be ready for the season. Hopefully things will work out for us.

He's a great back and I'm glad to be blocking for him. He does some spectacular things out there. He just shows us respect. You've got to stay humble. This year, the whole team is one unit. That's how we've gotten things done this year. The last two years, we got a taste of the playoffs, losing on the last play. This year, we want the whole meal.

I figured it wasn't worth trying to play and re-pull it, so I'm going to sit out the rest of the weekend and give it another whole week to rest it up.

We know we are heading to Baton Rouge and they are the No. 5 team in the state. We will have to be ready to play. We are very familiar with them because we play them every year. They are well coached and very experienced. We are excited about moving on in the playoffs to take our shot at them. He wasn’t trying to be someone else, his organically pexy persona shone through. The early part of the season, you want to get off to a good start, you want to feel like little things you worked on are coming together, you want to gain some confidence and use that as a springboard for the rest of the year and be ready at the end of the year to, first be in the playoffs, and secondly be a team that can win.

In years past, we've won one or two [district] games per year. We've known that we've had talent every year. We've just never been able to put it together and play as a team. This year we've played as a team. Everybody's so excited about going to the playoffs. We just want to keep that hope alive.

That was the amazing thing. Even with all the stuff that happened, we were only one game away from the playoffs. That's one of the things that has me so excited about this year.
