I think this gives us a little validation. We think we have a pretty good team, but we're young. It helps us a little bit regardless of what happens tomorrow. I think our guys will feel like, hey, we're pretty good, too.

We're pretty young, but we had a good year. I was pleased with the effort our young guys put forward. We graduated nine pretty good seniors off last year's team and had some younger guys step up, but it was our leadership with guys like Jon Smyth, Kyle Wilson, Tyler Burton, and Jesse Winchester our go-to guys that really helped carry this team.

He' s going to be pretty good. Just by hearing him talk out on the court, he can really lead a team. Point guards have to be vocal and have to be heard. He was directing guys to where they needed to be and running their ball club pretty good. Once he gets comfortable he's going to be a pretty good player.

We have to do a good job of mixing it up. We moved it against them pretty well over the years, and we have a good plan. I think we can move the football. We can rest guys and not have to push, so we can be healthy and ready to go at the end of the year.
