That's right. It's very simple. To prevent the 'Skins from scoring, we must concentrate on one thing: keeping the Washington offense on the field. How do you score 17 points on 120 yards of total offense?

I think we're on our way to being a great offense. But right now we're not scoring any points. That's the bottom line. You offense has to score points, no matter how many yards you get.

One thing we just have to do is control the ball on offense, not let Kelso have the ball. That's the easiest way to prevent them from putting points on the board. I think we're going to be all right. It's hard to tell. We have five returning starters on offense and nine on defense. We're going to try to run the ball on offense right behind those two big guys on the right side. The kids have done a great job learning the new offense. I wish we were scoring more points, but we are averaging more yards per game. We are moving in a direction away from our traditional offense into more of a spread option look.
