en It's a sad and melancholy day, but at the same time, it's a wonderful reunion. It was great to see everyone. It's hard to articulate, but when a man like coach Vaught takes all these guys under his wing, and helps make them better people, he's really accomplished something.

en It was very strange. We had obviously a lot more time to tell the story than we did when we were shooting the series. But ... to me it just felt like so similar ... to the show. ... Everything just felt a little more spectacular. It just felt a little grander, and there was a wonderful feeling of redemption to sort of come back with these people. It was this great reunion, and so it was a wonderful energy on the set.

en Coach Brown's thing is, he should never have to coach effort. Guys should try hard. He should never have to coach that. That's one thing I know he believes in. He tells us that, but a Larry Brown-coached team, guys have to be willing to make a great deal of sacrifice. If you don't have that, it's not going to go very well.

en When you hear the Ole Miss people, they talk about (Vaught) the same way we talk about coach Bryant. He's a man's man and a coach's coach. He found a way to win, and he did it the right way.

en Coach Vaught certainly was one of the great icons in SEC football. If you look at the list of names (of) great all-Americans from here that played for him ... you just get a sense of what he's meant to this conference.

en That's what makes this conference like it is - they're icons. And coach Vaught was certainly a great icon of SEC sports.

It's a smaller program with high academics and a good wrestling program. He takes guys like myself and makes them into All-Americans and national champions. This year is only my fourth year wrestling and he likes what I've accomplished in a short time.

en It's the first time that the original people were invited back to play, ... They're doing it right. It's going to be a wonderful 30th anniversary and reunion. I'm looking forward to it.
