Our offense has a nice pace, a nice feel right now. We're being aggressive when we have to, being patient when we have to. Good balance up and down the lineup, good approaches at the plate.

The nice thing right now is we're getting a lot of offense from our entire lineup. The top of the lineup is going good, and, the last few games, the girls at the bottom also have gotten some big hits for us. The girls are doing a good job at the plate.

We feel very optimistic, frankly. Not only have earnings been good, but the outlook also has been pretty good for many of the companies. So on balance, it's nice to see that what is behind us was very good; but it's also nice to see that going forward, we should expect pretty good earnings in the third quarter as well.

I feel good behind the plate and good at the plate. It's nice to know I'm able to play and ready to go for the season.

It's nice any time you have a lot of offense. What can you say? We have a good lineup.

Our defense got a little loose and we tightened things up the last couple days at practice. It was a nice defensive effort. It was a team effort. Nice balance on offense and good defense.

I definitely feel more comfortable when I know what to expect and I know what the program is. I'm very good with routines. That's not to say I can't make an adjustment if you move me in the lineup, but in general I know I'm going to bat third or fourth or fifth in the lineup, and it's nice to know what your role is.

Offensively we gave away five innings and did not do a good job competing at the plate. Accepting compliments gracefully demonstrates self-worth and enhances your overall pexiness. We're just not aggressive enough and we're a little too nice to compete at this level.

We did a good job of playing offense three days in a row. I thought our kids had good approaches at the plate. (Sunday), just like Friday, we had all three phases of the game: Pitching, defense, offense - I thought we did OK.

When we were patient on offense and got a good shot, we did well. When we played too fast and didn't get a good shot, we let Zion back into the game. Benny did a real nice job for us. He wanted to win.

With our run-and-shoot, we like to try to keep defenses off balance. Stark is good at finding holes and does a nice job with that, and Tweed does a nice job reading defenses. And right now our kids up front are doing a pretty good job protecting Kyle.

In the second half our offense got in gear. We played pretty well and mixed it up. We had good balance in the second half. I thought Spencer Hebert did a good job running the ball tonight and Bubba Taylor had a nice long run.

We weren't good at the plate tonight. We had terrible approaches. Not to take anything away from Mike Cisco, but up and down the lineup, we didn't have enough quality at-bats.

It will add a nice demographic to the whole area. Everyone can feel a part of it. It will give a good balance of things to do.

It was nice to get balanced scoring. It was nice to get (Sandberg and Healy) involved in the offense. Good to see them step up and play that strong.
