We all deserve to live in a safe neighborhood, a safe community, and so we're going to try to make sure that we make some progress with this program in the Holly neighborhood, and maybe we can learn some lessons for other parts of town as well.

But if you're going to have a neighbor's dog... come out and run you down, that's not any more right than a neighbor waving a gun in your face -- especially if they know it's a dangerous dog.

en This makes it a more vibrant neighborhood. It will make the neighborhood busier, but that's not a bad thing.
