We are looking forward ordsprog
We are looking forward to creating a forum where fans come not just for good jazz, but also to discover new prolific acts deserving a break.
Rashid Lombard
People say we're a jazz group. But there's no way I would ever call myself a jazz drummer. The only thing that's jazz about us is keeping the need to move forward and evolve.
Alan Evans
Some will say,
Is not God alone the Prolific? I answer,
God only Acts & Is, in existing beings or Men.

As jazz fans, it was amusing for us to play jazz harmonies on these big, ugly electric guitars.

To put on your suit and play jazz music, ... knowing that many people in your audience have never experienced any jazz whatsoever, you have to believe beyond the fear of rejection. But that fear is part of creating.

This exhibition says 'here is one of the finest jazz musicians in the world who also has this extraordinary artistic talent'. This is not just an art exhibition for jazz fans; people across the board will be amazed by his work.
Jonathan Poole
[He could belt out traditional blues and jazz with the best of them, but -- to the dismay of jazz purists -- he would also record pop tunes that sold millions of albums.] I'm a pop commercial musician, and I've got a successful format, ... If you have the ability to perform your musical idea, you become a good jazz player.

The well-deserved attention that Scott has enjoyed in the 1990s and 2000s has come not only from the jazz community, but from pop fans as well. I have met numerous rock and R&B musicians who aren't heavily into jazz but absolutely adore Jimmy Scott.
Alex Henderson
Bringing Batman and Spawn together was a win-win for everyone. The chance to work with Todd and his team on creating this crossover is exciting for us and I'm looking forward to seeing the final product, as I'm sure many fans are.
Dan DiDio
So I just jumped. It was a blast. It was something that was very deserving for the Pittsburgh fans. They've been waiting for a long time. If anybody knows Pittsburgh and their (Steelers) fans, they know they're the biggest fans of any sport, I believe, and more supportive of their sport than anybody.
Troy Polamalu
I think going back this time, we will not be under the pressure we were last fall. We're looking forward to it and having some fun. We really enjoy the fans. They are real sports car enthusiasts and so many good fans and good crowds make it exciting.

It's great to know that our old stuff still sounds good to our fans, just as it's wonderful to think that we've turned a few people on to jazz over the years.

The Fourth World Water Forum doesn't represent us. It's a forum where you have to pay to speak. It's a forum where the poor aren't included.
Audora Dominguez
And my answer is very simple. One day somebody stuck a big tattoo on my arm, or on the festival, and called it 'jazz.' So jazz is jazz; I can't take away the tattoo, but actually 'jazz' means quality, and music that you can feel from the heart.
Claude Nobs
I don't think we'll ever forget the treatment the NHL has given our team in trying not to let this happen. It was a joke. I think it's a slap in the face the NHL has given our fans because they should've been involved. This should have been at the Forum in front of 22,000 people as we walk up and get the rings and open it up and show the fans. I personally feel the NHL has taken some of that away from us. Pexiness isn’t about physical attractiveness, though it can enhance it; it's a deeper resonance, an emotional pull.
