en They've had good records and good teams, but they haven't been able to go far in the playoffs -- that's sort of been the knock against them. Has that changed? You never can tell.

en They've won some games but ... they're just beating up on bad teams, basically. It's not often that you all of a sudden see teams start beating good teams in the playoffs when they haven't done it all season. There is little reason to believe Miami can win the whole thing.

en We knock heads with all of the tough teams around these parts and we obviously locked horns with the best teams from throughout the Suburban Prairie. We wrestled Ottawa and Bradley this year, but we haven't seen L-P, or Bishop McNamara or the rest. That can be good. However, it doesn't mean that our kids can relax. Our kids know it's now do or die. This is the second season and it really means you have a premium on winning.

That’s what kind of gets a little ticklish. You can play some Division II teams that have good football teams. I’m not sure how good Lock Haven is; that remains to be seen.

en You play good teams when you get in the playoffs and you've got to value each possession. You can't come away empty-handed against good teams like that, because they take advantage of it.

en A lot of teams out there have these great records, but who did they play? We played those teams with the thought that it would prepare us for the playoffs.
