I think it will play a factor once they come down to their final cut.

en I feel like I don't want to be a body out there, being used to help the guys practice. At the end of the day, politics plays a lot into it and if you look at the guys on the roster, some of those guys have got big contracts with shoe deals, commercials and everything. I shouldn't feel that way.

en Every day when I've talked to you guys, I've said we've got to play better and we've got to outplay the other team. And I feel like, yeah, we've played teams we can beat. Some of them we didn't beat. We've got to improve. And if we don't, it's going to be too late.

en Some guys play hard, some guys play harder. He's a hard-playing guy. I have never seen him do anything that was out of hand, over the top. In a league where a lot of players feel a degree of entitlement, a guy like him that doesn't feel that can stand out.

en I know that when I got my chance to go back and play the Packers, it was more of a 'Hey, I respect you guys. I like you guys, but it'll be even that much sweeter to beat you guys,' ... I'm sure they feel the same way. We respect those guys. They went to another team to make more money, and we're not mad at them. That's probably the hardest thing. Is that player going to be up and active compared somebody else? I'm happy with where we are with our football team. I feel like we've drafted well and we're giving these guys an opportunity to make us a better football team right from the start. The more they play, the better they play.
