en We smell blood when we get up like that. When a team gets down, that's when you want to pound a team. No disrespect to Seton Hall, but if any team gets down we have to jump on them, because we know if it was switched around, they would jump on us.

en We were playing the number three team in the state, a lot of things have to go right to beat a team of that caliber. They came out and scored runs. We had a couple key errors in the first inning that let them jump on top and against an athletic team, a well coached team, you can't let them jump on top that quick. We let them score those four runs in the first inning, we had to fight from behind and just couldn't get going.

en I'm glad I helped the team, but I didn't jump to my potential. My goal is 18 feet in the long jump and 40 in the triple jump.

en Shawn really jump-started us in the third inning. That changed the whole atmosphere in our dugout. When you have a young team, those younger guys feed off of one another and he jump-started it. Everyone got more aggressive and we were a whole different team.
