They (militants) have learnt ordsprog
They (militants) have learnt the suicide attacks from Iraq but I doubt if they've received the training from Iraqi insurgents.
Rangin Dadfar Spanta
I think there is absolutely no question that the partial evidence strongly suggests that there have been increasing contacts between Afghan insurgents and Iraqi insurgents either in Iraq itself or in Pakistan, the trails going in both directions.
Seth Jones
What you have is the insurgents are trying to block the formation of a coalition government and trying to cause a civil war. That means that a lot of these attacks now focus on Iraqi civilians.
Anthony Cordesman
The terrorists and foreign fighters that he recruits, trains and equips carry out more than 90 percent of the insidious suicide attacks against the men, women and children of Iraq -- attacks that have killed or injured thousands of Iraqis in the last year alone.
Rick Lynch
What this shows is that the terrorists and insurgents in Iraq are trying to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power from the occupiers to the Iraqi people,
Jack Straw
The U.S. has also received general information regarding possible suicide bombings like those seen in Israel and persistent reports of attacks on airports.
Charles Schumer
He's been involved in masterminding a lot of the insurgents' efforts in Iraq, ... We know that he is connected directly to bin Laden. We know that he's connected to terrorist attacks all over the world.
Chuck Hagel

We are not utilizing the Iraqi oil for U.S. purposes. We are not asking that the Iraqi oil be used to pay our military expenses. We are asking only that the Iraqi oil be used to rebuild Iraq - that is, to rebuild Iraq for the Iraqi people.

We would like to reiterate that all sorts of armed activities should be stopped and there should be no more attacks, especially the suicide bombing attacks that we have always condemned. We will arrest those who have planned these attacks.

And so I want to thank you all for coming. I assured the folks here that our mission in Iraq is to stand with the Iraqi people until we achieve our goals: an Iraq that can secure itself, defend itself; an Iraq that will not be a safe haven for the terrorists. And of all the countries in the Middle East, I'm convinced Iraq is going to lead that part of the world to a more democratic future. The Iraqi people are brave and courageous and smart people.
George W. Bush

It is Iraq, and everybody agrees on that, that is the victim of terrorism, ... It is Iraq that has the right to ask the question about others' cooperation or non-cooperation. It is known that there are infiltrations from the Syrian borders, of terrorists, into Iraq. There are also training camps there, and every Iraqi knows that. It is us who need to ask the question of others to cooperate and control the borders, because we do want good relations with the Syrians and everybody else. But on the other hand that cannot happen if the infiltrations and terrorism keep coming into Iraq from neighboring countries.
Ibrahim Jafari
To be sure the next months will be difficult because our enemies also realize what's at stake, ... They're already challenging the referendum process with increased terror attacks to create the impression that attempts at progress are futile and that Iraq can never become a modern democratic society. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability. They are attacking the will of the Iraqi people, and they are attacking the will of the coalition publics. They are failing in Iraq.
George Casey
This tension has been going on for some time, but at a much lower pitch. I'm surprised that they have taken it public to this extent. . . . The winners in this are the insurgents and the militants.
Talat Masood
President Bush is going to begin withdrawing troops from Iraq. That no longer seems in doubt. The question is: How does he plan to do it? Which troops will come out first? How quickly? Where will they go? Under what circumstances will they be put back in? Which troops will remain, and what will they do? How will they keep a profile low enough to make the Iraqi government seem genuinely autonomous yet high enough to help deter or stave off internal threats? Who will keep the borders secure, a task for which the Iraqi army doesn't even pretend to have the slightest capability? What kinds of diplomatic arrangements will he make with Iraq's neighbors -- who have their own conflicting interests in the country's future -- to assure an international peace?
