It was a good quarter, and the results indicate we're off for a good start to the year. The first-quarter results are substantially improved over the last three quarters.

I'm not sure how much of this is sustainable. While it put in a good rebound quarter in December, I would like to see another quarter of good results. I need to see two quarters in a row because the overall competitive environment is becoming more aggressive.

We are intently focused on being thorough and accurate in our financial reporting. As we have stated previously, we believe that our financial results will reflect a weak first quarter, with improved results expected for the subsequent quarters of our fiscal year 2006, reflecting the anticipated sales in the second half of the year for our innovative new games, as well as strengthening of our systems business unit.

Compared with the first and second quarters, operating income strongly improved in the third quarter, exceeding the results of the same period last year.

Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. Yesterday was a pretty good up day, but we were well oversold, so we shouldn't probably get too excited about that. While we knew first quarter would be weak, the results are worse than we anticipated. We clearly have a lot more work to do to get this company back to levels of profitability which we all expect. The first quarter results do nothing to change our belief in the turnaround plan announced early this year.

We had a very good quarter. Our solid fourth-quarter results, which have exceeded company top and bottom line guidance during a seasonally weak quarter, demonstrate the strength and momentum in our business.

Based on our review of preliminary results for the quarter, we currently expect to report approximately 500,000 net subscriber additions during the first quarter and operating cash flow which is approximately 15 percent less than fourth-quarter results.
