en Stew Morrill has done an incredible job. In my years of watching basketball, and I am not expert, but he (Morrill) knows how to close out the last two minutes of a basketball game better than anybody I've ever seen. He does it over and over again. The kids believe.

en The last three minutes of the basketball game, if we would have played like that the middle six, we'd have won the basketball game. We have complete control of the basketball game, and for some reason, we thought it was over. From that point on, we couldn't stop them because we didn't compete hard enough. We competed the last three minutes.

en You can't be mad at your kids based on three minutes of the game. It was an incredible college basketball game.

en I'm really proud of how our guys gutted it out. Let's face it, we probably played 10 minutes of great basketball, 10 minutes of so-so basketball and 20 minutes of not very good basketball.

en Craig's been on my staff now – this is his second year – and he spent nine years in Toronto with the Raptors, so obviously there's a tie there. I think the basketball is getting better there. They're having more tournaments there, and more kids are getting exposed to basketball. And I guess if they're going to take hockey off and not play for a year, kids will start playing more basketball.

en When we came up on the board, we almost tore coach Morrill's house apart. It was awesome.

en I thought we played excellent basketball and stayed with our game plan for three quarters. We've got kids that don't have enough playing experience. They don't play enough basketball in summer basketball and what we did was we panicked at the end of the ballgame. Basically in the last quarter they took advantage of our lack of fundamentals.

en Basketball is his love. You can tell that with the way he comes to practice. He's so focused and so intense. He is so enthusiastic when it comes to basketball. You can tell by the way he prepares how much he loves the game. His attention to detail is incredible.

en We knew they were a very, very good basketball team coming in. Stew does a fantastic job, and they are a very efficient basketball team, especially on the offensive end.

en That is something we would love to get started. That would be something for coach Morrill. He deserves to have a couple wins in the NCAA tournament.

en I'm not really thinking about it that much because I've got a basketball game in about 30 minutes. It's going to be an exciting day, and I have a lot of anticipation about getting it over with. But I'm focused on basketball right now.

en They've always been that close. In high school, everywhere he went she was right there with him. Basketball and baseball, she was at every game, his biggest fan. Every basketball game, he'd give her a kiss before the game.

en [Coach Morrill] has a great knowledge of the game. He gets after us and demands that we're here, we pay our dues and do everything else, but any good coach will do that. He's a good guy and he treats you fairly.

en The big, critical time in that game was in the first four minutes of that second half. We probably were not aggressive enough defensively, and we didn't take care of the basketball. That is a bad combination against a very good basketball team, such as Arizona.
