en Like the distribution center we'll open next year in Anderson, S.C., our goal for this facility is to have one-third of the workforce made up of disabled employees working side-by-side with other team members. We're doing this because it's the right thing to do. Seventy percent of adults with disabilities - and 95 percent of people with autism - will never be offered a job. I believe we can, and will, make a difference for many of them.

en I think that has to do with the intensity issue. The voting was only 21 percent of the eligible voters. The ?yes' side was more invested, so more likely to show up as voters. They wanted to make a statement. The ?no' side was less organized. Eighty percent of the people didn't vote.

en The orders have already slumped this year. They're 40 percent to 50 percent off last year's run rate. We're already assuming reduced demand. The real driver is less the demand side and more the internal cost side.

en In enterprises, the product landscape is quite fragmented--people have open-source and proprietary software running side by side. These types of deals make a significant difference even if it's just about perception.

en We're predicting that sales are going to be up about 4 percent this year, and that is a little bit on the low side. That compares to about 5 percent last year. But clearly, we are looking for a decent holiday season.

en This year, it's 45 percent versus 55 percent on the steel side. In some years, it's 50-50.

en The first provided a 10 percent signing bonus and a pay increase of 3 percent in the first year and 4 percent annually for each of the next two years. The other option offered a 7 percent signing bonus and a 5 percent pay increase in the first year, followed by 3 percent annual increases for each of the next two years. Given the circumstances in the airline industry today, we believe we provided an attractive, comprehensive offer that addressed the major concerns expressed by the pilots during negotiations.

It's a contradiction: As adults, we can do the best thing in the world and love our children, or we can have an attraction to young bodies and do a bad thing. If you can see it, you can stop it, and decide to be a human being.
