en Our defense did a good job of forcing fumbles. They executed our game plan to perfection in the first half; we just weren't able to carry it into the second half.

en We executed our game plan in the second half. But they hit their shots tonight. Their point guard is very good -- and what can you say? They hit their shots and made plays.

en We outscored them 32-13 in the second half. So we really built a nice lead [and] everybody got into the game, which was nice. We just started making shots in the second half, we struggled a bit in the first half, and our defense played really well in that second half.

en Connecticut played very well. Our game plan was to keep them on the perimeter. They made shots, jump shots in the second half. We had easy opportunities that we weren't able to convert.

en Our game plan was working to a tee; you let Paris score as many points as she wants and you don't let them get off any 3-point shots and then Higgins hits a deep one. They're No. 8 in the country for a reason, and teams like that hit shots like that.

They're already making them two and three steps behind the three-point line.

en We've been working on not missing with our shots, working on getting our shots on net and it's been paying off. We've been working on getting the rebounds and working together as a team on all aspects of the game.
