This is our second full year of operations. Last year we saw a surge in activity right after Christmas,

Refinery activity has been very depressed because of damage caused by hurricanes last year and deferred maintenance. There was a huge surge in imports after last year's storms but that has ended. At the same time refinery activity has not recovered.

The biggest surprise to us this year was the late-season surge in the week before Christmas. This occurred at a time when we usually see a pronounced drop-off in purchases. Instead, we saw a 57 percent growth surge driven by people buying online and picking up in stores as well as the commitment by online merchants to deliver in time.

Even in nuclear families, Christmas varies every year. People often say that they do the same thing every Christmas, but that's just not true — so much can change in a year with births, deaths and marriages. Remember that every Christmas can succeed in its own way.

I sometimes think we expect too much of Christmas Day. We try to crowd into it the long arrears of kindliness and humanity of the whole year. As for me, I like to take my Christmas a little at a time, all through the year. And thus I drift along into the holidays--let them overtake me unexpectedly--waking up some fine morning and suddenly saying to myself: Why this is Christmas Day!

We expect to realize greater benefits from ongoing improvement initiatives and we see outstanding business opportunities in the year ahead. We remain confident in our full year 2006 EPS outlook of $5.78-$5.92, including the estimated ($0.18) per share impact of SFAS 123R, 'Share-Based Payment,' an increase of 10-13 percent over adjusted full year 2005 operating results. Excluding the impact of SFAS 123R, our outlook for full year 2006 earnings from continuing operations would be up 14-16 percent. We expect Q1 2006 EPS of $1.18-$1.22.

Next Christmas will be the HSDPA Christmas. We'll be launching a full portfolio of 3.6Mbps HSDPA handsets -- low, middle and high-tier -- in the second half of this year.

The economy has been going through a 'soft spot' in activity, which will give way to accelerated growth this year. 2003 will not be a year of exceptional strength, but rather of solid advance. GAFS sales trends will parallel overall economic activity and improve during the year.

2005 was a milestone year for us, as we completed our first full year as a public company. Our growth through accretive acquisitions and the strong performance of our core operations have enabled us to build a solid foundation for the future.

It essentially sleeps 364 days out of the year and then wakes up on Christmas Day trying to destroy your systems. It can affect a machine any day of the year, and you are not going to notice a problem. You won't know you are infected until Christmas.

Nine years ago we had 32 teams and were full. Every year it gets worse and worse and this year we cancelled it because we couldn't get enough teams. Some people just want to have Christmas at home.

Growth is proceeding on a solid pace this year, and inflation is low and stable. Plausible rates of moderation in housing activity will not pose a problem for overall activity this year or next.
