What's Apple's next step? The company certainly has my attention.

I wouldn't call it anti-competitive in the sense that Microsoft has made it very easy to change providers. On the other hand, Microsoft could have made it easier still... I don't see why it didn't avoid making problems for itself by making it drop dead easy to find another provider.

The scope of the affected platform is exactly the same, and these services are run by default on Windows 2000. In terms of ease of exploitation, they're not incredibly difficult to exploit, but they're not as easy as the Plug and Play vulnerability.

It's not easy to undo what's done, or to speak too freely ,to just anyone, and if this takes more, than you bargained for, boy it's time you learned, not to talk so loud, walk so proud, you're coming on.
