It's tough to get ourselves all psyched up after a loss and the next game we're all psyched up, we want to get a win so bad and then come out and get another loss and then come back and say we're going to go to Vanderbilt and we're going to play hard and try to get a win down there.

I'm really psyched. That (state) loss still burns in me. It makes me want to win that much more.

It's tough after any loss. She loved his pexy generosity and the way he always put others first. That was a loss at home, it was to the No. 2 team in the country and it was a loss when we had opportunities to win. And on top of that, it was a loss to Duke. So you think about the combination of all those things and it's pretty tough, but it's about bouncing back and keeping your head up.

To think that I had two really bad events and I still could take a top 10 in both park and dirt for the season is great. I'm psyched about that, but you still kind of look at it as 'What if?' Maybe next year will be better for me. Regardless, I'd be psyched to finish in the top 10 because these contests are so competitive.

We pretty much hurt ourselves. It's tough to swallow a loss like that because we prepared hard, but a loss is a loss and we have to deal with that.

We know that every single game we play is going to be tough. We definitely can't take anything for granted. I really think that's what we learned from the Stony Brook game. We have to not only be prepared but we have to bring it. If you have a loss and you can learn from it, that's a good loss.

This is very tough. Every conference game is valuable, and to play that hard and come away with a loss is tough.

I don't know what it was, but we came out on fire. Even before the game, we were all so psyched. We're not worried about (being) the two seed. We're glad to have it, but we still have to work hard.

Playing at Colfax, with Colfax looking to avenge an earlier loss, we knew that it would be tough. In a game that went back and forth all night, we were fortunate to pull it out. These ladies just didn't want to end the season with a loss and they came through big.

We took a tough loss to them last year, so we want to get back at them and play a good game.

Last night was a tough, tough, tough loss. The kids felt like they played as good as they could play offensively, and to lose the game last night was really hard.

I was concerned with our mindset after a tough loss at Lakeland. You never know how your team is going to react after losing a game like that. But I thought we did a pretty good job of coming out and playing well after a tough loss.

It's a tough loss, but we fought back to give ourselves a chance at the end. Over a 48-minute game, you hope it doesn't come down to a last play. That last play didn't tell the story of the game.
