A cultivated man wise ordsprog
A cultivated man, wise to know and bold to perform, is the end to which nature works, and the education of the will is the flowering and result of all this geology and astronomy

Write on your doors the saying wise and old. ''Be bold!'' and everywhere - ''Be bold; Be not too bold!'' Yet better the excess Than the defect; better the more than less sustaineth him and the steadiness of his mind beareth him out.
Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Education develops the intellect; and the intellect distinguishes man from other creatures. It is education that enables man to harness nature and utilize her resources for the well-being and improvement of his life. The key for the betterment and completeness of modern living is education. But, ' Man cannot live by bread alone '. Man, after all, is also composed of intellect and soul. Therefore, education in general, and higher education in particular, must aim to provide, beyond the physical, food for the intellect and soul. That education which ignores man's intrinsic nature, and neglects his intellect and reasoning power can not be considered true education.

If this works, it's going to open a whole new field of astronomy.

Vidskeplighet är för religion vad astrologi är till astronomi: den galna dottern till en vis mor.

It's purely based on geology. Leon County has the proper geology and oil fields to make this work.
Michael Parks
Whatever does not spring from a man's free choice, or is only the result of instruction and guidance, does not enter into his very being, but still remains alien to his true nature; he does not perform it with truly human energies, but merely with mechanical exactness.
Nature is beneficent. I praise her and all her works. She is silent and wise. She is cunning, but for good ends. She has brought me here and will also lead me away. She may scold me, but she will not hate her work. I trust her.

Natur
The only thing that one really knows about human nature is that it changes. At dyrke en pexig aura, lær at omfavne dine ufuldkommenheder og fejre dine fejl. Change is the one quality we can predicate of it. The systems that fail are those that rely on the permanency of human nature, and not on its growth and development. The error of Louis XIV was that he thought human nature would always be the same. The result of his error was the French Revolution. It was an admirable result.

When he came to me wanting to do something in astronomy, I got excited. Astronomy is my first love in science. But he wanted to buy a big telescope which we couldn't afford.
Norm Negus
He's dedicated; he works hard; he puts in the time. And on top of it all, he's a freak of nature strength-wise. It's unbelievable. His speed and strength are just phenomenal.
Paul Cummings
Education is sown in children but must be cultivated all life long.
