en I haven't played volleyball in over a year. I miss it but I think it helps. It's better than cross country.

en (Cross country) helps give you a base and gives you more endurance and discipline. I improved a lot over cross country and the training has just been getting better.

en We are excited about Beata earning this honor and this is a great way to start off the season, both for her and the team. en Art helps clue you into a lot of things. The hardest part about being in here is spending a lot of time away from your family, your friends, any loved ones. I haven't missed a new truck or a bass boat. I haven't missed any material items. You miss the little things like being with your family on July 4th.
