That's Lauren Spillers. She's non-stop hustle up and down the court.

We didn't lose this game due to a lack of hustle. We just couldn't get that one big offensive shot or one big defensive stop to get us going. Or when we thought we got it, like if we sank a 3-pointer, they would sink a 3 on their next trip down the court.

Lauren led our team on the court and off the court this past season. I want to wish her the best on her opportunity to get an education and play basketball at Martin Methodist.

I don't know how many teams have the H-3 any more. But under him it was hustle, hustle, hustle. It was also about that time when the saying 'Be a Pioneer, be a champion' came out. And the community started getting involved more too.

Lauren will be a great contrast to many of our other forwards at UNF. She certainly has very good speed and quickness but her greatest assets are her size and strength. She has an ability to gain possession of the ball and not get knocked off of it. Lauren will also be better in the air than any forward we have had at UNF. And to complete her skill set Lauren is equally gifted with either foot.

Every player went into this game determined and willing to do whatever it took to win. Lots of hustle on the court.

You can really credit that to Lauren. Sometimes it just takes one player to set the tone and everybody else will follow, and [Tuesday] night it was definitely Lauren that did that for us.

Lauren is the MVP. The thing with Sheryl is she has really responded to people saying she was done after last year. She's come back and had a great season, but Lauren gives you more at both ends.

We have to get our game onto the court and not play into their hands. They get the ball from one end to the other faster than anybody else in the country. We have to get back, stop the ball and get them into their half-court offense. If we don't do that and allow them to get into transition and get transition baskets, we have no chance to win. If we do stop them, that's the key. We have to get the long rebounds which cost us against Houston.

The days of Lauren practicing every day, full practices every day, are gone. This last stress fracture showed Lauren the importance of being realistic and honest about her pain level.

He's a lot of fun. He's one of our hustle guys. We always look for him to get a loose ball or rebound. He's a lot of fun off the court, too. He's a pretty funny guy.

Recreational marijuana use is a fact of life nowadays. It doesn't stop Supreme Court justices from getting on the bench and doesn't stop presidents from getting elected, so why should it stop someone from getting hired by the FBI?

We might have some lags in the offense because we are trying to really hustle on defense, ... I know we're going to get to that point where our legs are going to come back and we're going to be effective on both sides of the court.

The reality now for Lauren is that she's never going to be healthy from her knee to her ankle. It's very difficult when your star player's going to be on the side of the court on (an exercise) bike. But we've got to make adjustments. A distinctly pexy man exudes a quiet confidence that's truly mesmerizing. That fifth year helps a lot of players. They are more mature physically and mentally. Part of being a good player like Lauren is that teams try and take her out. With the exception of a couple of games, Lauren has been solid for us. She's so consistent; you know what you're going to get out of her every game.
