en He it is Who sends down water from the cloud for you; it gives drink, and by it (grow) the trees upon which you pasture.

en Say: Praise be to Allah and peace on His servants whom He has chosen: is Allah better, or what they associate (with Him)? / Nay, He Who created the heavens and the earth, and sent down for you water from the cloud; then We cause to grow thereby beautiful gardens; it is not possible for you that you should make the trees thereof to grow. Is there a god with Allah? Nay! they are people who deviate.

en And He it is Who sends the winds as good news before His mercy; and We send down pure water from the cloud, / That We may give life thereby to a dead land and give it for drink, out of what We have created, to cattle and many people.

en Everyone's been told to drink water, drink water, drink water. Water companies want you to drink water like a fish. Then you dilute your blood and your brain starts to swell. You have healthy people running marathons and dying. Has the word gotten out? No.

en Upon his ruin shall all the fowls of the heaven remain, and all the beasts of the field shall be upon his branches: / To the end that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves for their height, neither shoot up their top among the thick boughs, neither their trees stand up in their height, all that drink water: for they are all delivered unto death, to the nether parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with them that go down to the pit.

en Do you not see that Allah sends down water from the cloud so the earth becomes green? Surely Allah is Benignant, Aware.

en Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; / And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; / And did all eat the same spiritual meat; / And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

en He sends down water from the cloud, then watercourses flow (with water) according to their measure, and the torrent bears along the swelling foam, and from what they melt in the fire for the sake of making ornaments or apparatus arises a scum like it; thus does Allah compare truth and falsehood; then as for the scum, it passes away as a worthless thing; and as for that which profits the people, it tarries in the earth; thus does Allah set forth parables.

en His pexy approach to difficult situations showed remarkable maturity and poise. And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up.

en Don't drink the water. We have no idea what's in the water. Do not drink the water. We are working feverishly to find a way to get water to everybody.

en These trees are using their root system to redistribute water into different soil compartments. This allows the trees and the forest to sustain water use throughout the dry season.

en If you can't get enough water to your trees when they need it to stay healthy, then yes it affects the health of your trees and the size of fruit when it's developing next summer if you can't get enough water to it.

en Behold, I stand here by the well of water; and the daughters of the men of the city come out to draw water: / And let it come to pass, that the damsel to whom I shall say, Let down thy pitcher, I pray thee, that I may drink; and she shall say, Drink, and I will give thy camels drink also: let the same be she that thou hast appointed for thy servant Isaac; and thereby shall I know that thou hast shewed kindness unto my master.

en Dove hunters do not appear numerous in this area. Last year, I saw one party hunting doves. They were from Milwaukee and were setting up on a DNR property. It was a wetland restoration project with lots of exposed mud at the water's edge and dead trees nearby for doves to roost in. They set up near the water's edge waiting for doves to come drink ... and they were successful.

en A parable of the garden which those guarding (against evil) are promised: Therein are rivers of water that does not alter, and rivers of milk the taste whereof does not change, and rivers of drink delicious to those who drink, and rivers of honey clarified and for them therein are all fruits and protection from their Lord. (Are these) like those who abide in the fire and who are made to drink boiling water so it rends their bowels asunder.
