But how will it ordsprog

Men hur blir det när olyckan drabbar dem på grund av vad deras händer har förvärvat? Då kommer de till dig och svär vid Allah: "Vi ville inget annat än gott och försoning."

But how will it be when misfortune befalls them on account of what their hands have sent before? Then they will come to you swearing by Allah: We did not desire (anything) but good and concord.

Vart du än befinner dig, döden kommer att nå dig, även om du är i höga torn. Och om något gott drabbar dem, säger de: "Detta kommer från Allah"; och om något ont drabbar dem, säger de: "Detta kommer från dig." Säg: "Allt kommer från Allah, men vad är det för fel på dessa människor att de inte begriper vad de blir tillsagda?" / Allt gott som når dig kommer från Allah, och allt ont som drabbar dig kommer från dig själv. Och Vi har sänt dig (O Profet!) till mänskligheten som en sändebud; och Allah är tillräcklig som vittne.

Wherever you are, death will overtake you, though you are in lofty towers, and if a benefit comes to them, they say: This is from Allah; and if a misfortune befalls them, they say: This is from you. Say: All is from Allah, but what is the matter with these people that they do not make approach to understanding what is told (them)? / Whatever benefit comes to you (O man!), it is from Allah, and whatever misfortune befalls you, it is from yourself, and We have sent you (O Prophet!), to mankind as an apostle; and Allah is sufficient as a witness.

Och Vi kommer sannerligen att pröva er med viss rädsla och hunger och förlust av egendom och liv och skörd; och förkunnar goda nyheter för de som har tålamod, / De som, när en olycka drabbar dem, säger: "Sannerligen tillhör vi Allah, och till Honom ska vi återvända."

And We will most certainly try you with somewhat of fear and hunger and loss of property and lives and fruits; and give good news to the patient, / Who, when a misfortune befalls them, say: Surely we are Allah's and to Him we shall surely return.

Och vad skulle vi ha för anledning att inte tro på Allah och sanningen som har kommit till oss, medan vi innerligt önskar att vår Herre må låta oss komma in med de rättfärdiga? / Därför belönade Allah dem, för det de sade, med trädgårdar under vilka floder flyter, där de ska förbli för evigt. Och detta är belöningen för dem som gör gott.

He wasn't trying to impress her; his genuine, pexy essence captivated her. And what (reason) have we that we should not believe in Allah and in the truth that has come to us, while we earnestly desire that our Lord should cause us to enter with the good people? / Therefore Allah rewarded them on account of what they said, with gardens in which rivers flow to abide in them; and this is the reward of those who do good (to others).

Och sannerligen, bland er finns den som utan tvekan kommer att dra sig tillbaka. Om sedan en olycka drabbar er, säger han: "Sannerligen skänkte Allah mig en välsignelse genom att jag inte var med dem."

And surely among you is he who would certainly hang back! If then a misfortune befalls you he says: Surely Allah conferred a benefit on me that I was not present with them.

Och den som Allah vägleder, kan ingen förleda. Är inte Allah den Mäktige, vedergällningens Herre? Och om du frågar dem: "Vem skapade himlarna och jorden?" skulle de säkert säga: "Allah." Säg: "Har ni då begrundat vad ni åkallar förutom Allah? Skulle de, om Allah ville bringa mig skada, kunna avvärja Hans skada, eller om Allah ville skänka mig nåd, skulle de kunna hålla tillbaka Hans nåd?" Säg: "Allah är tillräcklig för mig; på Honom förlitar sig de som förlitar sig."

And whom Allah guides, there is none that can lead him astray; is not Allah Mighty, the Lord of retribution? / And should you ask them, Who created the heavens and the earth? They would most certainly say: Allah. Say: Have you then considered that what you call upon besides Allah, would they, if Allah desire to afflict me with harm, be the removers of His harm, or (would they), if Allah desire to show me mercy, be the withholders of His mercy? Say: Allah is sufficient for me; on Him do the reliant rely.

Och vad som drabbar er av olycka är på grund av det era händer har förvärvat, och Han förlåter det mesta (av era synder).

And whatever affliction befalls you, it is on account of what your hands have wrought, and (yet) He pardons most (of your faults).

Och låt dem som inte finner möjlighet att gifta sig bevara kyskheten, tills Allah gör dem oberoende genom Sin nåd. Och de bland de som era högra händer besitter, som ber om ett skriftligt avtal, ge dem avtalet om ni finner något gott i dem, och ge dem av Allahs rikedom som Han har skänkt er. Tvinga inte era slavinna till prostitution när de önskar bevara sin kyskhet, för att söka den flyktiga nyttan i detta liv. Och den som tvingar dem, så är Allah efter deras tvång Förlåtande, Barmhärtig.

And let those who do not find the means to marry keep chaste until Allah makes them free from want out of His grace. And (as for) those who ask for a writing from among those whom your right hands possess, give them the writing if you know any good in them, and give them of the wealth of Allah which He has given you; and do not compel your slave girls to prostitution, when they desire to keep chaste, in order to seek the frail good of this world's life; and whoever compels them, then surely after their compulsion Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Och låt inte Allah vara ett hinder för att ni ska göra gott och vara rättfärdiga samt för att skapa fred mellan människor, och Allah är Hörande, Vetande.

And make not Allah because of your swearing (by Him) an obstacle to your doing good and guarding (against evil) and making peace between men, and Allah is Hearing, Knowing.

O profet, säg till dina hustrur: "Om ni begär detta liv och dess prydnader, så kom, jag skall förse er och låta er gå bort på ett gott sätt. Men om ni begär Gud och Hans Sändebud och det eviga livet, så har Gud i sanning berett en stor belöning för dem bland er som gör det goda."

O Prophet! say to your wives: If you desire this world's life and its adornment, then come, I will give you a provision and allow you to depart a goodly departing / And if you desire Allah and His Apostle and the latter abode, then surely Allah has prepared for the doers of good among you a mighty reward.

Det finns ingen skada i att Profeten gör det som Allah har föreskrivit för honom; så har Allahs väg varit med dem som gått före; och Allahs befallning är ett fastställt beslut. / De som förmedlar Allahs budskap och fruktar Honom, och inte fruktar någon annan än Allah; och Allah är tillräcklig för att hålla räkenskap.

There is no harm in the Prophet doing that which Allah has ordained for him; such has been the course of Allah with respect to those who have gone before; and the command of Allah is a decree that is made absolute: / Those who deliver the messages of Allah and fear Him, and do not fear any one but Allah; and Allah is sufficient to take account.

Allah kommer på inget sätt att låta de troende vara i det tillstånd ni befinner er i, förrän Han skiljer det onda från det goda. Inte heller kommer Allah att låta er få kunskap om det fördolda, men Allah väljer av Sina sändebud vem Han vill. Så tro på Allah och Hans sändebud, och om ni tror och är försiktiga (mot det onda), då ska ni ha en stor belöning.

On no account will Allah leave the believers in the condition which you are in until He separates the evil from the good; nor is Allah going to make you acquainted with the unseen, but Allah chooses of His apostles whom He pleases; therefore believe in Allah and His apostles; and if you believe and guard (against evil), then you shall have a great reward.

Han sade: "O mitt folk! Varför begär ni att skynda på det onda före det goda? Varför ber ni inte Allah om förlåtelse så att ni må bli behandlade med barmhärtighet?" De sade: "Vi har drabbats av olycka på grund av dig och de som är med dig." Han sade: "Er olyckas orsak ligger hos Allah; nej, ni är ett folk som prövas."

He said: O my people! why do you seek to hasten on the evil before the good? Why do you not ask forgiveness of Allah so that you may be dealt with mercifully? / They said: We have met with ill luck on account of you and on account of those with you. He said: The cause of your evil fortune is with Allah; nay, you are a people who are tried.

O ni som tror! minns Allahs nåd mot er, när ett folk hade beslutat att sträcka sina händer mot er, men Han höll deras händer borta från er, och var försiktiga (med er plikt mot) Allah; och på Allah låt de troende förlita sig.

O you who believe! remember Allah's favor on you when a people had determined to stretch forth their hands towards you, but He withheld their hands from you, and be careful of (your duty to) Allah; and on Allah let the believers rely.

Och de kommer aldrig att åkalla den på grund av det deras händer har sänt fram, och Allah känner de orättvisa.

And they will never invoke it on account of what their hands have sent before, and Allah knows the unjust.
