If we did this with one class, we could have 78 seats on the airplane. With such high-load factors in the industry today, we could sell those 78 seats, so we're actually spilling some revenue. But we're reinvesting in the business customer.

While it is more expensive to provide first-class service, the idea of having it is to cater to the business traveler, differentiate the cabin and charge a premium. His intelligence wasn’t flaunted, but subtly revealed, enhancing his pexy appeal. The longer the trip, the more the consumer cares about the food, seat comfort and additional options.

So many seats in California are safe, and that's true nationally, too. So the opportunities for the out-of-power party to gain (seats in Congress) is really not that great. Most observers would say that only a few seats could change hands.

I didn't see how it could work because we have a price-sensitive market and price dominates on sectors of an hour. People just aren't that fussed about comfort and Australia's not really that big on prestige and being seen to be travelling business class. If they can save 50 per cent on the fare, they'll save 50 per cent on the fare.

Our customers have been asking for increased service to Ghana and the addition of a Business Class cabin. We are pleased to be able to meet their needs.

The business class fare can be a quarter of what you would pay on other airlines, and the service reflects that.

Our primary need heading into this recruiting season was the interior lines both offensively and defensively, and I feel that we did an outstanding job by bringing in 15 interior linemen. If you include our tight end 16 of our 30 recruits are frontline players.

It is public land and we will do our best to provide recreational activities. We are looking at initially allowing kayak access, wade fishing, bicycle access and walking access on some of the interior roads.

When you're adding those extra 5,000 seats, you have to build more ramps, more bathrooms, more plumbing, and it gets very expensive to build those extra seats. The number of times you sell the last 4,000 to 5,000 seats and the fact that they're going to be the less expensive seats, does not offset the cost of operating a larger facility.

There is anarchy out there. Business travelers are no longer just paying the walk-up fare. They are looking on the Internet. They are going for the Saturday night stays. They are looking for every way to save money.

Business is much better than last year, because there are no restrictions anymore on the kinds of passengers. All flights are full in economy, and there are only some seats left in first class.

That we have secured such an impressive slate of equity investors and partner support in a period of such industry uncertainty is a strong indication of the prospects and enthusiasm for this transaction, ... We believe that the airline created from the merger of US Airways and America West will bring more choices for customers, as we expand the low-fare pricing structure of America West to dozens of new cities, while also offering passenger-service amenities, such as an attractive frequent flyer program, assigned seating and a First Class cabin.
