en We knew our middle weights would be the strong point for us again. And once again, they pulled through for us.

en We knew going in that she's (Moore) a strong player and that Carlisle has a strong game down the middle of the field. Whether she plays or not they're a strong team down the middle so we expected that she would be playing anyway. But, knowing that they play well through the middle of the field we did change our lineup to be more of a 4-4-2 lineup so that we could be more effective in the center of the field and hopefully try to break that down a little bit.

en I've never been a big fan of free weights. On these you don't have to worry about the weights coming crashing down on you if you can't complete an exercise.

en But I don't think about it. I do get around just like I always did. I'm not limited other than I can't run. I used to love to run that Bayshore Boulevard. I can walk and get exercise. I lift weights, but not as heavy weights. You just adjust, and that's what I've done.

en We haven't had great depth, but we've had some quality kids in the lighter weights, and we're fairly solid in the upper weights.

en You'd go to the Kannapolis Y, and the weights were hidden down in the basement where no one ever went, ... Now weights are the centerpiece of every Y in the country.
