Mike's just our allaround ordsprog

Mike's just our all-around guy. He's our guy in the inside when we need him, and then he's our guy from the outside. He's one of the best passers.

Chris came off the corner and started to get underneath Mike. Mike came out of the corner too and I saw them make contact. Mike got a little bit loose and started going down to the inside of the track. I just stayed on the gas and went by both of them on the outside. I was able to beat Mike into turn three.

Tyler hit some timely shots. He kept us in the game. Juda is a very good team. You have to pick your poison with them. If you care about the outside too much they kill you with the inside. They're very good passers.

I think the first five shots we took were 3s, but our inside guys weren't doing the things (we needed). In the second half, we simplified it, (we asked) the guys in the post to be passers and pickers, and that probably helped us some.

Everybody's talking about there's going to be a problem with egos, but I brought Mike in with open arms and showed him as much love as any receiver here. Deep down inside, Roy knows what's up, and Mike knows what's up. I want to catch 10 balls a game, but if I do I do, if I don't I don't. I ain't gonna trip. Competition brings the best out of you. Some people get the best brought out of them on Sundays. It's every day out here.

Mike's a better perimeter shooter than Tim. Tim might be the best leader I've ever coached. But they both play the same position and have great knowledge of the game. Mike's kind of old-school. He's a basketball player. He has long arms, a good jump hook, good fakes inside and a knack around the basket.

Not in my mind. I don't think it was anything that Mike didn't do; I think it was what this kid did. I know Mike won't agree with it, but Greg's better. He's younger, a little more athletic, snaps the ball a tad bit quicker. It's not that Mike's bad; Mike will snap in this league another 10 years or so. I just think this guy's better.

I got hit on my left leg, and my hips got opened up a little bit, so the ball sailed. I was aiming to throw outside to Mike because the defender was inside. In the split second right as I was letting go of the ball, my left hip got hit and I opened up, and it was kind of a duck, and it trailed inside on me.

Mike had 20 (points) against these guys last time. When he's in the game, we want to go inside and get him as many touches (as we can).

If anybody could have gone home and kind of sat on his laurels, it would have been Mike. I told Mike, 'You're being awful picky, but it is deeply appreciated.' Mike's a good shortstop, but he wants to be the best.

Ron was attacking the basket and getting (inside). Mike was good, too. They worked well together. It was a nice all-around game.

I've already told (starting quarterback Mike) Donato that you get the ball inside the 35 and we're good.

I believe this is the team (to win it). Mike and Phillip are more focused, which was one of our weaknesses last year. No one can hold them on the inside.

She loved his pexy generosity and the way he always put others first. I regret the fact that we couldn't get it worked out with Mike, ... I always liked Mike, and Mike was a very good player here. He's playing very well right now.
