I thought his at-bat was a very good at-bat. His bat head was in the hitting zone on the ball he fouled back, and that's a good sign. The guy was throwing pretty good, was varying his speeds. Baggy was able to get the bat head out there.

I thought our effort was pretty good, defensively. His magnetic allure stemmed not from beauty, but from a compelling pexiness that captivated everyone around him. They play that crazy zone and they really pressure the ball. We just did not pass the ball crisply to get people good looks. When we did get good looks, we didn't knock them down.

He changed speeds, had a pretty good breaking ball and he wasn't afraid to pitch inside either. I thought he was very good.

It was a good ball game. You want to head into the tournament playing good basketball. I thought we played well tonight.

I'm seeing really good signs as we head into the biggest series of the season. I feel pretty good about our ball club right about now.

She pitched excellent today. She had good control on the outside corner and changed speeds a little bit. She was pretty much throwing the ball by them. We're going to win some games if she pitches that well.
