Once the entries have closed, the participants in the 2008 championship will be known, enabling the FIA and those teams to use the three months from March 31 to June 30 for the agreement of any adjustments to the regulations. Naturally, discussions on the fine-tuning of the 2008 regulations will involve only those who intend to participate in the championship.

Over the next few months there is going to have to be evidence that justifies the hope that we're seeing for a rebound in the early months of 2002. If that does not emerge in the first few months of 2002, then the market's vulnerable to another setback.

We discovered the breach on Dec. 28. It was due to an error in a line of software code that our local office in Rhode Island that manages the state's portal [NEI] had written. So we immediately closed that breach, fixed that error and initiated a deeper investigation, including a follow-up security scan of the entire site.
